BBSI has partnered with an incredible luxury home builder and commercial construction company. This is a pivotal role with HUGE growth potential. We seeking an experienced Office/Project Manager to run the daily operations of our office along with assisting with Project Management.

Job Summary:The Office/Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting company operations by maintaining efficient office systems and procedures. This position requires strong administrative skills, ability to read plans, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities: MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, THE ABILITY TO READ PLANS AND BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.Monitors the status of existing projects and assists with coordination as neededPrepares payroll online and submits after approval by CEO.Manages the company banking accounts.Completes filing of documents and paperwork.Reviews vendor invoices and prepares payments.Answers calls and emails from customers and clients and directs them to relevant staff.Monitors office supplies and places orders when appropriate.Manages training of new employees and organizes their employment paperworkMaintains the company's social media accounts and profiles.Manages company correspondence-mail, email, etc.Requirements:
5+ years as an Office Manager in the Construction industryAbility to read plansBilingual SpanishStrong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks.Proficient with MS Office and QuickBooksKnowledge of office management systems and procedures.
