Shift : Variable / between 6:15a, 6:45p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length : 13 Weeks
Rotating call weekends, nights, holidays
Requirements:CO License2+ years of experienceCVOR experienceAssociate Degree in Nursing is requiredBLS, ACLSAHA PALSNIHSSBachelor's degree in nursing is preferredOther Details:
Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the originalCOVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
o 1 dose bivalent vaccine
• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
• Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
