: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week, weekends requiredLength
: 13 weeks
Requirements:UT License2 Years' ExperienceAssociate Degree in NursingAHA BCLSAHA ACLSNIHSSBachelor's degree in nursing is preferred1 year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialtyOther Details:
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
o 1 dose bivalent vaccine
• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
• Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
