Sr. Director People Analytics
to join our team!The Sr. Director of People Analytics will lead the strategy, execution, and development of the People Analytics function to provide data-driven insights that shape workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to optimize human capital and make strategic decisions that foster a high-performing, inclusive, and employee-centric culture. This role requires a deep understanding of HR metrics, advanced analytics techniques, and hands-on experience with talent management systems.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with business goals and workforce planning needs. Driving HR processes to improve delivery time and accuracy.Lead processes to deliver accurate, actionable insights on key HR metrics such as retention, performance, employee engagement, rankings, ratings, and workforce planning.Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data from various HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.) and other business systems.Implement predictive analytics to forecast talent needs, turnover risk, succession planning, and optimize talent acquisition and retention strategies.Design and deliver executive dashboards and reports, providing data-driven insights to senior leaders.Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Finance, and other business units to identify key analytics needs and provide solutions that drive informed business decisions.Lead change management initiatives related to data and analytics adoption within the HR function and across the organization.Ensure the proper use of people analytics platforms, tools, and software. Leverage HRIS, talent management systems, and advanced analytics tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes.Use data to monitor and improve employee experience across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.Ensure all data analytics processes comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Implement best practices in data governance, quality, and security.Qualifications:
Proven experience in using predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve HR challenges.Strong understanding of key HR metrics and their implications on business outcomes.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Experience managing and mentoring teams of data professionals .Proven ability to drive change and build a data-driven culture within HR and the broader organization.Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and DE&I analytics is a plus.Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations related to employee data.10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Strong expertise in HRIS (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle), talent management software, and advanced analytics platforms.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, HR Management, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Compensation: $170,000 - 180,000 per year
Shift: Full - Time
