Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, has a Talent Acquisition position availble in Pittsburgh, PA.
This is an onsite position. Our office is located at 9370 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
This position supports multi-state contracts.

Responsibilities:
Assists with talent acquisition and staffing for a multi-location operation Supports training and employee engagement functions Works closely with HR team to align HR best practices to departmental strategies Develops metrics to track and measure talent acquisition and training goals
Qualifications for the position include:
Strong HR background with emphasis on high volume recruitment and staffing required. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information. Minimum 4-5 years of related talent acquisition experience required as well as a minimum 2-3 years of experience with recruitment coordination for a high-performing team. Advanced PC skills (i.e., experience with internet, database search technologies, applicant tracking systems) required. Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic recruitment strategies to drive results. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
