OVERVIEWLead the planning and execution of Marketing packaging projects. Owns and drives the creative milestones, detailed project schedules, and cross-functional dependencies. Accountable for ensuring all project requirements are received and all program deliverables are met. Drives transparency of the project schedule, status, and risks across marketing and cross-functional departments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with Product Marketing to scope new packaging projectsProvide input on new project scope, timing, and feasibility to Creative Leadership and Resource PlanningDevelop and drive the detailed project schedule within Smartsheets and manage status communicationTranslates briefs into an actionable project plan outlining all next steps, resourcing needs, and interdependenciesIdentifies potential risks and manages mitigation plans and escalationAccountable for program transparency across marketing and broader packaging team, providing continuous progress updates on plans and risksWork cross-functionally to adapt new Global requirements and third-party updates and make sure consistently appliedActively optimizes process and ways of working through process improvement initiativesContinuously work with cross functional partners to train them on processes and updatesSKILLS & COMPETENCIESCreative Project Management experience in a large marketing organizationExtremely organized with a proactive mindsetMeticulous attention to detail and ability to consistently and accurately QAQuick thinker with adept creative problem-solving skillsStrong collaborator across different teamsExhibits confidence and communicates with impactProven practitioner of continuous improvementAbility to work within or adapt to many different platformsBose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
