This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital in our industry, focusing on the development and execution of our global digital strategy. The successful candidate will enhance digital delivery capabilities, partner with digital consulting leaders to devise new growth strategies, and fuel our business line growth through direct engagement in digital opportunities.The Global Digital Solutions Leader will play a key role in providing thought leadership on digital value across multiple market sectors. Collaborating with strategic technology partners, you will develop market-leading solutions that drive business results.To qualify, candidates should possess a BA/BS degree along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in digital solutions, including at least 6 years in a leadership position. A deep understanding of relevant digital technologies, including cloud, AI/ML, digital twins, and IoT is essential. A background in engineering or information management, coupled with an MBA or other business degree, is preferred. Candidates should also have experience in the industries served by our Buildings and Places sector.Successful candidates will be self-starters with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, thriving in a collaborative, diverse global team setting.
