Duties
Provide comprehensive legal advice and services in estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases Collaborate with a team to ensure exemplary client service and case outcomes Manage client relationships with a focus on empathy and understanding of individual needs Develop and implement estate planning strategies, draft legal documents, and handle trust and probate matters Contribute to a positive and organized team environment Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate law Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach Ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative team setting Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications
Active license to practice law in California Skills
