The WATCHMAN business and Patient Marketing Team represents a fast-growing, high priority product and marketing channel within Boston Scientific.This role will lead and amplify the overall Direct to Patient campaign, while working collaboratively with a cross-functional team, translating insights into action, and identifying solutions to complex problems. This person is an experienced marketer, passionate about building in-depth patient understanding, with therapy development or consumer experience for brands or technologies.This role has a hybrid work mode, based out of our Maple Grove, MN facility, with the expectation of being on-site 3 days per week.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and executing marketing programs for the WATCHMAN Patient Campaign through a variety of channels to build brand loyalty and increase adoption of the therapy.Identifying opportunities to drive market development and therapy acceptance, leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve team goals.In partnership with creative marketing teams & agencies, creating actionable, high impact programs and tools that change and empower the patient mindset.Understanding market and clinical trends and evolve patient programs and messaging to drive patient awareness and education.Helping others inside and outside of Boston Scientific deliver the WATCHMAN Direct to Patient message and promote patient advocacy and awareness.Establishing strong relationships with key functions impacting marketing activities (Clinical, Medical Education, regulatory, legal, finance, external agency, etc.)Continuously measuring the impact of marketing and field initiatives, generating early learnings, and driving continuous real time improvement across all initiatives.Developing a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes to enhance programs and service offerings.Preparing and presenting campaign results to various levels of the organization in audience specific language with a focus on action-oriented decision-making.Required Qualifications:5+ years of successful related experience (experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, CPG or other consumer-centric industry is preferred)Demonstrated success leading in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, programs and changing prioritiesAbility to travel up to 10%Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial spirit balanced with collaborative style and professional maturityRequisition ID:
