The current opening is for a Regional Sales Manager. Main duties include: Execute sales growth and market expansion in key industrial segments for the North American market

Influence customer decision making, develop Company name recognition, cultivate relationships

Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product portfolio growth

Visit customer facilities

Negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms

Act as the customer advocate through the sales process, delivery, and final installation

Develop an Annual Sales Plan

Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of 5+ years of technical sales experience

Prior sales experience of industrial equipment and machinery preferred, not required

Ability to travel throughout North America to visit customer locations

Highly analytical, strong-problem solver, detail-oriented

Excellent negotiating ability

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
