job summary:A Procurement Manager is needed for a global biotechnology company known for discovering and developing innovative oncology medicines in the Hopewell, NJ area. This role will manage and optimize procurement processes to support CAPEX projects ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and supplier partnerships.

responsibilities:
Support project startup activities at the Hopewell site in collaboration with Plant Manager, engineers, Quality Control, and MST departments.Partner with stakeholders to support CAPEX projects and enable business growth.Assist the Plant Service Procurement Site Lead in managing Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities to ensure compliance and financial excellence.Oversee change management processes and supplier performance for CAPEX projects.Review BOM requirements for the site startup and explore local suppliers for raw materials.Ensure all purchasing activities in SAP and Ariba align with production planning, MRP, and S&OP.Act as a key user in the SAP implementation project.Engage stakeholders early in sourcing processes to ensure procurement involvement in key decisions.Skills:
Experience in a GMP environment is beneficial.Strong skills in contracting, negotiation, price analysis, and communication.Ability to work independently, with strong execution and cross-functional leadership.Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience orA Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.qualifications:
