Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a SuccessFactors implementation project focused on onboarding and recruiting. This individual will manage project timelines, oversee deliverables, and ensure successful alignment with our client’s needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in project management, strong communication skills, and at least five years of recent experience managing projects within the public sector.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of recent project management experience in the public sector.
DO NOT submit candidates without proven Public Sector experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly within the recruiting and onboarding modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ability to navigate complex project environments and adapt to evolving priorities.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience coordinating multi-departmental teams within a public sector context.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy standards in public sector HR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for the SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding project, from planning through to execution and close-out.
• Coordinate and communicate project plans, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Maintain clear and consistent documentation and provide regular project updates to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant public sector guidelines and project management best practices.
