Desirable Skills and Experience:• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.• Experience coordinating multi-departmental teams within a public sector context.• Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy standards in public sector HR systems.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end project management for the SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding project, from planning through to execution and close-out.• Coordinate and communicate project plans, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and client stakeholders.• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.• Maintain clear and consistent documentation and provide regular project updates to executive stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with all relevant public sector guidelines and project management best practices.
