EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Integration Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The EDI Integration Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of EDI systems and processes. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data exchange and integration. This position will identify opportunities for EDI to improve critical business functions, document requirements for new requests, and implement solutions.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to the Lead EDI Integration Analyst and does not supervise staff. The position works closely with all Tree Top departments, 3rd party vendors, growers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:
KNOWLEDGE OF:
EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), experience with EDI software (e.g., Cleo, Boomi, IBM Sterling), and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP).
Familiarity with data mapping tools and middleware platforms.
Data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems.
Database management and data transformation processes.
Systems design and development process, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation, and operational management.
Functional knowledge of key Order to Cash and Supply Chain Logistics processes.
Change management experience on projects of significant scope.
Pertinent Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
Data Warehousing, Data reporting, and data analysis is a plus.
Programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
ABILITY TO:

Manage and coordinate multiple EDI related projects simultaneously.
Effectively organize, plan, and execute.
Link and apply complex technologies to business strategies.
Apply understanding of how processes should work to lead improvement initiatives.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion.
Identify, research, and analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions.
Gather, evaluate, and interpret information, particularly as they relate to information on business and system challenges.
Work with multiple software platforms, such as: SharePoint, Microsoft Office, ERP, EDI, etc.
Meet behaviors established in Tree Top's performance management and development process.
EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION/LICENSES, AND TRAINING:
A Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related is preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
1-3 years of experience in EDI integration, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with XML.
Experience with Infor M3 ERP systems and their integration with EDI.
Experience working with 3PLs and Customers Order to Cash transactions (8XX and 9XX series EDI transactions).
Certification in EDI or related fields is a plus.
