Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Project Management Specialist II for our Chandler, AZ locations. In this role, you will manage facilities business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Program Management Office, Project Managers and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives.

Transitioning project specifications into operating space including coordinating new operation and maintenance requirements with the coordination of the Facility Manager

Primary focus as Project Manager supporting cost, schedule and status of project deliverables and performance, with proper communication and professionalism.

Track and mitigate risks identified by stakeholders.

Support proposals and baseline control; attend all on site and virtual meetings

Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems, internal and external.

Adapt working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change.

Motivate and support the team to drive positive culture. Lead by example.

Draft and review Statements of Work (SoW) for all projects.

Exceeding internal and external customer expectations.

Travel to ACST locations as needed - estimated at 20%.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work on a construction site, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. Must be able to climb ladders and navigate physical obstacles on-site.

Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required on construction sites.

YOU MUST HAVE

2+ years’ experience in program management, project controls, workflow specialist, or project support.

WE VALUE

4+ years of construction project management experience

2 + years of construction software experience

Tenant improvement experience including construction oversight.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling program.

6 years’ experience in construction services or construction project management

Initiative-taking and resourceful self-starter, with ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities.

Experience in managing and reviewing budgets, detailed invoicing, and service contracts.

Project Management certification

Expertise with AutoCAD, Blue Beam, and or Procore

Contract Management Experience

Experience with OSHA safety standards
