As IT Systems Engineer, you will enable Culligan’s businesses across the West Coast through the exceptional deployment and operation of modern technology. This role is responsible for business enablement, systems strategy, capacity management, performance management, preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and working with various technologies. Within this role, you would have the opportunity to manage the planning and execution of technology, contribution to strategic planning within Systems and Network Infrastructure Stack (both on-prem and Cloud technology) as a subject matter expert. An ideal candidate would be a subject-matter expert in Microsoft and Azure Technologies.
Responsibilities:
Investigates and resolves business system impacts focused on infrastructure enablement.
Be responsible for resolving escalated services issues
Think outside of the box to implement innovative and effective solutions
Be a terrific partner across the various Culligan businesses to deliver business outcomes through the effective and efficient use of technology.
Responsible for documenting new and existing systems including system diagrams, and operational support documents and assist in training other team members
Work with team to ensure project deliverables are completed efficiently
Automate repeatable tasks and processes
Delivery solutions to problems in a multi-site environment
Provide day-to-day support for end users across multiple locations including break-fix and new user setup
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of relevant business experience as a system/cloud engineer in a corporate IT environment
20% travel mostly throughout southern CA and AZ
Experience with Active Directory in a complex multi-domain environment, Azure AD & SSO
Experience creating and managing GPOs, DNS, DHCP in a large preferably global environment
Experience scripting and automating tasks and processes using Powershell
Hands on experience with Azure Infrastructure (Azure VMs, virtual networks and VPN Gateways)
Hands on experience managing network infrastructure including switches, access points
Experience migrating on-premise workloads into modern cloud solutions
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000
The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location
Experience migrating on-premise workloads into modern cloud solutions
Strong Office 365 administration experience including Microsoft Intune for Endpoint Management
Experience managing a fleet of mobile devices including deployment of apps and device configuration
