Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a reliable Operating Systems Developer II. The role involves providing exceptional customer experiences at all organizational levels, performing administrative tasks like managing user groups, group policies, print services, and virtual environments, while monitoring system health with tools such as SCCM and Intune. Responsibilities include responding to hardware/software issues, maintaining internal infrastructure (laptops, desktops, print servers, printers, phones, and security updates), and managing a virtual machine environment. The position requires customizing ITSM software, offering second-tier support, collaborating with business departments on device technology recommendations, and resolving end-user device issues with vendors. Additionally, it involves testing new technologies, documenting installation procedures, maintaining technology inventory, ordering hardware/software, conferring with vendors for product information, resolving purchasing discrepancies, tracking purchases, and reviewing invoices for budget analysis, all while adhering to corporate principles of connectivity, customer service, and operational excellence. Regular attendance is expected, and this list of functions may be supplemented as necessary.

Skills and Requirements
4+ Years of professional experience working in Help Desk within a Windows10 or Windows 11 environment
Professional experience working with Jira or Service Now ticketing system
Professional experience working with Corporate Executives and all levels of leadership
Professional experience working within Active Directory
(Working specifically with group policies)
Professional experience managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune)
(Creating profiles for various endpoints)
-Professional experience managing / deploying an SCCM set up
(Creating software packages, Task sequences, & Migrating SCCM to Endpoint) - Professional experience working within a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
Experience working within the Insurance Industry
Experience working with cross functional teams
MDM experience (mobile device management) null
