The Director of Admissions and Marketing is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of the school's admissions and marketing efforts. This individual will lead initiatives to attract, engage, and retain students, while ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the CVCS mission and core values of grace, truth and love.

Job Responsibilities:

Admissions Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy to increase student enrollment and meet enrollment goals.

Manage the entire admissions process, from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective families.

Evaluate and manage student recruitment strategies, including open houses, tours, shadow days, and other school events.

Collaborate with the Principals, Superintendent, and other leadership team members to identify target enrollment goals and develop initiatives for growth.

Analyze enrollment data and trends to refine recruitment strategies and maintain enrollment targets.

Work closely with the business office to ensure families are aware of available financial aid options.

Collect and analyze data on student retention, enrollment trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Provide regular reports to the Superintendent and School Board on the effectiveness of admissions and marketing strategies and initiatives.

Continuously assess the effectiveness of admissions and marketing efforts, adjusting as needed to meet goals.

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to enhance the school’s brand, reputation, and visibility within the community.

Manage the school's website, social media channels, and digital marketing efforts to promote the school's mission, programs, and events.

Oversee the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, ads, etc.) that accurately reflect the school's values, strengths, and unique offerings.

Utilize traditional and digital marketing strategies (email campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content creation, etc.) to drive interest and increase engagement with prospective families.

Develop and maintain strong relationships and presence at local community events, churches, and schools to promote the school and connect with prospective families.

Work with the school leadership to develop messaging and communication strategies to foster a positive image of the school.

Ensure all communications, including email campaigns, social media posts, newsletters, and print materials, align with the school's values and mission.

Qualifications:

A testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.

Evidence of a teachable heart, a humble and gentle spirit, and an ability to “correct, rebuke, and encourage” in love.

A unifier who “makes every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace” while working with others to accomplish our mission.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, education, or related field.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills with students and adults.

A strong desire and demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team.

Leadership and vision: Always striving for improvement and helping others in that improvement process.

Desire to invest in and disciple staff and students in their relationship with the Lord.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or communications, preferably in an educational or Christian school setting.

Strong understanding of the importance of Christian education, and the mission of the school.

Experience in developing and executing successful marketing and admissions strategies.

Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, content creation, and website management.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other relevant tools.

Passion for Christian education and a commitment to the school’s mission and values.

Job Data:

Hours: Full-time year-round.

Salary: Starts at $50,000 per year. Actual salary is dependent upon experience.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and retirement plan.

Paid Time Off: 5 paid personal days, 9 paid sick days, and 3 paid bereavement days per year.

Tuition Discount: 50% discount on tuition. Does not include fees.
