While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

As a Digital Product Manager on the DTC CRM product team, you will be responsible for delivering on a holistic vision to build the next generation of commercial products for both Patients and HCPs. Working in close partnership with the CMO and Digital Engineering teams, you will set the product vision, objectives, and translate business/user needs into a powerful, functional, and well-integrated software product that enhances productivity and drives a superior user experience. Through your compelling vision and inspirational and inclusive leadership, you will provide technical and functional guidance to a cross-functional, agile team consisting of software engineers, designers, user supporters, and work closely with Technical Leads, Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to align on decisions, build consensus, and resolve obstacles along the product lifecycle. You will define meaningful ways to measure value and impact. You will partner with Digital teams to deliver consistent, stable product operations, and meet all security, stability, usability, performance and sustainability requirements. You will energetically evangelize and promote your product, give demos, and prove the impact of your solutions on Pfizer employees. You will coach and direct more junior Product Owners and Product Analysts as they build their foundational product management skills.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Represents the voice of the user with respect to digital product features, exhibiting business expertise and an understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements.
Partners with the CMO organizations to set and accomplish objectives for digital product teams.
Write and prioritize backlog user stories, focusing on user & business needs and technical requirements. Work within a cross-functional team with engineers and designers, and to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders.
Help teams rapidly and iteratively deliver digital products (or parts of a product) that adds value to the organization.
Refine best-in-class product backlog with detailed analysis of impact and effort. Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of team and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensures each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint.
Lead planning of the Agile Team’s scrum sprint to reaffirm priorities.
Define and track metrics (e.g., Objectives & Key Results) to measure success and utilize measurements to guide prioritization.
Coordinate dependencies with the Product Manager and other Product Owners. Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures PDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as required.
Support and/or facilitate product demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed.
Coordinate with an Agile coach to get regular feedback on Agile best practices for themselves and the team members.
Develop a talent base and anticipate development needs of junior product management colleagues.
Develop ideas and lead projects across subdivisions.
Manage and develop plans to achieve key objectives.
Collaborate with client partners and Pfizer Digital Leadership to develop and execute technology strategy across functional areas of the business.
Understand and communicate team roles/responsibilities and ensure all team members have access to project information necessary to be successful.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree.
7+ years of experience.
Demonstrated experience in various Information Technology practices.
Strong experience interfacing with roles at different levels, business sponsors and stakeholders.
Experience in building and deploying data cataloging tools with successful user/enterprise adoption.
Exhibit a high level of business knowledge with strategic thought leadership and customer focus.
Strong understanding of the evolving customer landscape, external marketplace and ability to anticipate business priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts in business terms.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree.
Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
