HR Operations Advisor 2 BCforward is seeking an HR Operations Advisor 2 in REMOTE ! Position Title: HR Operations Advisor 2 Location: REMOTE ! Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 3+ Months Contract( With possibility for Extension) Job Type: Contract and REMOTE ! Mon - Fri, 40 hours a week, Standard core business hours, NO OT. Pay Range: $25 - $28 / hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Microsoft Office Experience (outlook/excel/word) (3+ YOE) * Communication Experience (written / verbal / discretionary / confidentiality) (3+ YOE) * Experience with Managing High Volume in similar field (3+ YOE) Summary: * A Talent Operations Coordinator is a vendor and centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. * The TOC program is funded by the executive office and will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group. * It is critical to have a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism. Required Qualifications: * 3+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field. * Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word). * Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently. * Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail. * Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed. * The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships. * The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities. Primary Responsibilities: * Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data. * POC for net-new and backfill request/approval process. * Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions. * Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed. * Partner closely with admins and with hiring managers. * Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. * 2-4 years customer service-related experience required.
