This role also involves ensuring the institution's academic programs meet the standards for general and specialized accreditation, as well as managing academic and academic support budgets. The Vice President will be expected to promote research and scholarly activities, advance the use of technology in academic programs, and maintain continuous academic improvement. Applicants for the Vice President for Academic Administration/Dean of the Faculty position at the company must be committed, active members of a Southern Baptist church, with an earned PhD and a strong proficiency in a Biblical worldview. The role requires previous experience as a faculty member and academic administrator, as well as a proven track record of being an accessible leader and manager.
