The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing strategies to enhance the academic learning environment. This includes providing research support for academic programs, serving as a liaison for academic quality and policy issues, and fulfilling committee responsibilities. The VPAA will also provide leadership for the academic development plan and ensure that academic quality benchmarks are met. Essential job functions include advising on the quality and improvement needs of the academic program, providing administrative oversight for admissions and registration, and managing the academic budget. Applicants for the VPAA position at the company must have a Doctorate from an accredited university, with a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline preferred. A minimum of 10 years related work experience in higher education, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role, is required.
