Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Assist in the setup and maintenance of network and telecom equipment
Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation
Ensure security and privacy of systems, networks, and data
Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and software
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 - 2 years experience in a customer support or IT support role
Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
