Torch Technologies is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator (CSA) to assist the 36th Electronic Warfare Squadron, 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.Responsibilities:Assist in the operation and maintenance of the unit’s computer networks.Provide technical assistance, training, and support to customers.Apply computer hardware and software expertise to establish and maintain Government program specific IT capability.Serve as the first point of contact for resolving or escalating issues relating to hardware, software, network, and other issues of computer end users.Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.Perform COMSEC duties as required.Job Requirements:Required Skills:U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements.A High School Diploma plus 9 years of experience, an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.Must have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance within 9 months of job start.May be required to have the proper and current information assurance certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:Familiarity/proficiency with network principles, concepts, equipment, and tools.Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot components such as routers, hubs, switches, and servers.Customer service support skills and documentation development.Knowledge of database development, design, implementation, and maintenance.Additional Information:Job Type: Regular Full-timeSecurity Clearance: Top Secret, SCI-eligibleSchedule: 40 Hrs/weekTravel: Yes, 5-10%Relocation Assistance Available: NoPosition Contingent Upon Award of Contract: NoTorch Technologies is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
