Torch Technologies is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to assist the 16th Electronic Warfare Squadron (16 EWS), 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.Responsibilities:Assist in the operation and maintenance of the unit’s computer networks.Provide technical assistance, training, and support to customers.Apply computer hardware and software expertise to establish and maintain IT capability in accordance with Government instructions, policies, and procedures.Serve as the first point of contact for resolving or escalating issues relating to hardware, software, network, and other issues of computer end users.Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software; respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, and implement solutions.Perform COMSEC duties as required.Job Requirements:U.S. Citizenship is required.Must have a High School Diploma plus 9 years of experience, an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience.Must have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance within 9 months of job start. A Top Secret clearance is preferable.May be required to have the proper and current information assurance certification to perform information assurance functions in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
Familiarity/proficiency with network principles, concepts, equipment, and tools; customer service support skills; documentation development; database development, design, implementation, and maintenance; network operations and administration; application development, design, and implementation.Preferred Qualifications:
