Operations Training Specialist

Almac Group is currently seeking an
Operations Training Specialist for our Durham, NC
location. The Operations Training specialist will identify new and ongoing training needs of operation group staff covering production, label control, and design teams. Responsible for creating new training programs and education materials, updating existing training programs, managing employee training
-records, as well as facilitating and delivering training.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate and deliver training to Operations staff (i.e., Production,
Label Control, Design) related to SOPs, internal training programs,
CAPA / Follow up Actions, and onboarding of employees.Serve as global Lead Education Resource, generating global
education materials, PowerPoint presentations, and associated
education forms.
Required Experience / Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Required Work Experience:
2 years prior administrative or organizational experience.Experience delivering training to new and existing employees or current Almac experience.
Preferred experience:
Prior Pharmaceutical experiencePrior Clinical Supply packaging process experience.Prior Training experience.
Required Knowledge:
Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environmentFamiliar with SOPs, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Education:
2-year degree preferred
Preferred experience:
Familiar with training field concepts, practices and procedures.Skills (Inc. Typical Mental Demands):Reasoning Ability / Mathematical Skills / Computer Skills / Language Skills:Good Mathematical SkillsComputer Skills to include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS TeamsProvide legible and accurate written information to general documentationAbility to take and understand directionAbility to complete written evaluations to demonstrate understanding of procedures.
Required Knowledge:
Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Preferred Knowledge:
Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & ExcelDevelop storyboards, training program
