Job Overview
As a Human Resources Generalist at Hawaii Family Dental, you will play a significant role in supporting and providing excellent customer service to all employees across the organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
Your Contributions
Assist with payroll processing for employees with different pay types (hourly, salary, contract, commission-based)
Administer leave programs for employees including TDI, FMLA, and HFLL
Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation with integrity and confidentiality
Coordination and support for new hire orientation
Assist with employee engagement communication and activities
Performs other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business, or work equivalent
At least 2 years or more experience in Human Resources and payroll processing
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Paycom HR & Payroll Software
