Job OverviewA reputable Los Angeles-based personal injury law firm seeks a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage negotiations and settlements for a diverse and expanding caseload. The role involves overseeing pre-litigation and litigation phases and working closely with a team of specialized support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Duties
Manage all aspects of negotiating and settling pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases.Collaborate with intake teams, medical records clerks, lien specialists, and other support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.Engage with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals regularly through phone, email, and in-person meetings.Conduct detailed case reviews and analyses to prepare for successful settlements.Provide high-quality client service and maintain organized case files throughout each stage of case handling.Requirements
5-10 years of experience in personal injury law.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for client interactions and case coordination.Proficient in legal database management and analysis.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active membership and good standing in the California State Bar.Skills
