We are looking to fill TWO positions (one based in Miami and one based in Los Angeles). Seeking someone who’s a self-starter with a passion to manage their own territory, and is customer focused to sell non-alcohol beverages within the On-Premise business segment. The OP Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategies and expansion in the Food Service Channel of Icelandic Glacial presence in Miami & Los Angeles and surrounding areas. The OP Manager will play a pivotal role in diversifying market visibility - if you want to be a part of an amazing team behind an amazing brand, then please apply today!Things You’ll Do:Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, resulting in increased brand awareness and new customer acquisition with on premise accounts throughout Miami/Los Angeles and surrounding areas.Be responsible for case volume and revenue growth, achieve agreed upon sales goals & targets.Primary goal is to open new On-Premise accounts.Cold call On-Premise customers.Understand the 3-tier beverage system.Participate in local events/activations.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.Be knowledgeable in all aspects of our sales and customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives.The Right Candidate has:3+ years experience in the beverage industry is required.Must have a valid driver’s license.Ability to lift 42 pounds.Work week expectations: 4 days out in the market with 1 day in the office.Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required.Focused territories are Miami/Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, but not limited to other FL/LA markets.Must reside in Miami/Los Angeles or surrounding areas.Overnight travels are minimal.Work with and train our distributor partners.Why Icelandic Glacial:We strive to be the best place our employees have ever worked, and to produce the best coffee our customers have ever sipped.
