Responsible for supporting and enabling the Electrophysiology organization's projects, programs, and structured work activities. Develops and directs the strategic planning of multiple projects. Oversees coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully complete projects within PMO across multiple EP portfolios. This role will report into the Divisional VP of Product Development and Engineering.Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of projects.Responsible for directing project efforts involving multiple cross-functional teams.Maintains effective communication with senior management, providing awareness of critical issues and action plans for resolution of issues.Develops and iterates strategies to deliver business unit programs.Plans and directs schedules.Monitors multiple programs/projects from concept to completion.Prioritizes project efforts in order to align with business needs.Organizes interdepartmental and cross-functional activities ensuring completion of the projects to timelines, and within budget constraints.Assigns and monitors work of project staff, providing support and direction.Responsible for the development and prioritization of project plans and methodologies across a wide range of projects.Oversees the distribution of project portfolio/program information to executive management, directors and other key personnel.Analyzes the impact of changes in existing projects or addition of new projects and identifies strategies (resources allocation/project sequencing) for accomplishing all desired projects—identifies project interrelationships that affect priority and resources allocation decisions.Education and Experience You’ll Bring

Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Engineering, Technical, Science, or Business or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Minimum 10 years leading significant projects and/or teams.Experience within Medical Device or related/relevant field project leadership.Strong people leader and influencer across teams in a matrixed environment.High accountability to projects, process and teams.Self-starter with a track record of successful support launching product and meeting project deadlines and budgets.The base pay for this position is $184,000.00 – $368,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
