:Cosm is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Intern to join our team this Spring. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience by assisting in the creation, execution, and analysis of lifecycle marketing and automation campaigns. You'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights that inform compelling product messaging and go-to-market strategies.Responsibilities:Assist in creating and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to engage and nurture our fans, such as welcome series, win back campaigns, and loyalty campaigns.Develop engaging email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action, that resonates with sports and entertainment fans.Partner cross-functionally to analyze customer lifecycle, identify automation opportunities, and develop win-back campaign strategies.Assist in scheduling and sending email campaigns using the company's email marketing platform, Braze.Present data-driven findings and recommendations to product and marketing teams.All Internships Include:Gain hands-on experience with projects that contribute directly to company goals & building your resume.Gain valuable access to Cosm leadership, including our CEO.Build your network by connecting with other interns, your intern buddy, teammates and leaders from across the organization.Join career skill training sessions on best practices for job applications, recruiting and interviewing.Advance your presentation and planning skills.An opportunity to win the "Cosm Education & Career Advancement Award," which is a monetary consideration to further your education and expand your opportunities.Competitive payQualifications:Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven marketing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Some experience with HTMLExperience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot).Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).A creative flair for crafting compelling messaging.Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid).Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Interest in immersive technology and content.Cosm is an equal opportunity employer.
