Job ID: 2832850 | Amazon Advertising LLC - B11The BIL Measurement Lead will create a framework for consistent and accurate measurement of BIL campaigns, including the identification and rollout of the tools, templates and mechanisms needed to scale the framework to the organization. With new experiences and tactics being developed every day, the BIL Measurement Lead will consult BIL teams delivering campaigns and their Account Manager counterparts on campaign metrics and set-up. When custom experiences cannot be measured by existing Amazon Ads tools or methodologies, the BIL Measurement Lead will propose solutions or measurement experiments to help fill these gaps. They will act as the liaison between BIL and Ads Measurement teams, advocating for brand customers who invest in our most complex, difficult to measure campaigns.

Key job responsibilities

Propose and continuously improve a BIL measurement framework that allows us to measure repeatable and never-done-before campaign experiences.Consult Solutions Managers and Account Managers in Ads on our most complex campaign measurement set-ups, including those with complex endemic and non-endemic KPIs.Liaise with measurement teams to communicate the unique needs of complex, full-funnel BIL campaigns.Apply technical understanding of measurement systems to ensure correct campaign setup for unique campaign experiences or KPIs.Propose the correct 1P or 3P measurement tools for unique, online and offline ad experiences.

Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is an award-winning advertising team that conceptualizes and executes bespoke advertising experiences for brands who invest in media with Amazon Ads, scaling successful campaign elements as new products or features in existing products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience.Experience with annual brand and media planning.Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
