The System Analyst will assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and/or ongoing support of assigned system applications. Tasks include resolving issues and creating solutions while working with other applications as well as looking for enhancement opportunities within assigned applications. The System Analyst will also maintain scheduling templates for providers and create additional templates as appropriate.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Education, Healthcare field or related area OR the equivalent in education or experience, required.Working knowledge of computer applications especially Microsoft Office products, preferred.QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.High level of motivation, professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to effectively prioritize workload.Current Epic certification or the ability to successfully complete and maintain certification.It is required to obtain two (2) Epic certifications within six (6) months of hire - will require some travel.Overtime may be required.WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
