The System Analyst provides analytical, technical, and implementation support of our world class Epic EHR with a primary focus on our Ambulatory applications. System analysts are responsible for implementing system upgrades, building requested enhancements to the system and any related third-party applications, testing, maintenance, as well as having a working knowledge of Cogito’s reporting capabilities, plus assisting with resolution of end-user issues.The individual hired will need to obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire.QUALIFICATIONS:Working knowledge of an EHR and clinical workflows in an ambulatory settingAbility to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with clinical staff, IT staff, administrators and other stakeholdersStrong people skillsSkilled collaboratorHave strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCurrent Epic certification or the ability to successfully complete and maintain certificationBachelor’s degree in nursing, computer science, mathematics, health informatics, public health, any natural science or related discipline or relevant healthcare experienceWORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
