That includes the definition of the requirements for the toolchain itself to fulfill user needs, define the configuration of the toolchain including customization and add-ins, document the processes how to use the toolchain, rollout training, user support, measure and report database content quality.What you'll be doingDefine the requirements for Jama to capture Torc requirementsImplement Jama to capture Torc requirements in Jama; implement, measure and report the Torc required traceability in JamaConfigure, implement, and support Jama and support Jira, Jenkins and GitHub related add-ins; design, develop & implement custom Jama, and JIRA workflowsDevelop custom Jama & JIRA reports and dashboards; develop & deliver training and documentation for Developers, QA and Product ManagementDesign, develop & implement Jira, Jenkins and GitHub integrationsEvaluate full system performance, understanding the contributions of relevant sub-systems, providing feedback to development teamsTrack and report system performance KPIs on a regular basisSupport tracking and reporting testing Key Performance Measures (KPMs) on regular basisExhaustively document best practicesEnsure security, performance, manageability, quality, and consistency of the product requirement specification across the systems and provide technical guidance to development teamsDefine and maintain the Jama strategy including the traceability strategyEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platformMaintain traceability between different levels of requirements as well as mapping to verification tests throughout the product life cycle including planned iteration and requirement modifications under consideration of system design and requirements engineering best practicesWhat you need to succeed5 to 10 years relevant experience with requirement management and requirement management tools preferably with JAMA ConnectAutomotive experience is preferred but other industries will be consideredEngineering experience as a requirements manager or engineerPerks of Being a Full-time Torc’rTorc cares about our team members and we strive to provide benefits and resources to support their health, work/life balance, and future.
