As a Technical Software Asset Manager (SAM) at Equifax, you will provide expertise across the Software Asset Management life cycle using ServiceNow; including configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow Platform to support the Software Asset Management process, software requests, license pooling/checks, deployment and retirement. This SAM plays an important role in ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and SecOps as SAM is in charge of monitoring software assets, usage, configurations, and installations that help decision-making and reduce risk to the business.This position does not offer immigration sponsorship or support, including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.This position is based in Atlanta. This resource should be local to Atlanta and will be required to work from the following Equifax office location - Alpharetta.To adhere to our Return To Office (RTO) weekly onsite requirements, Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) each and every week.What you’ll do:Configure ServiceNow Software Asset Workspace for publishers used at Equifax.Configure ServiceNow Discovery Patterns to ensure accurate software inventory collection.Configure ServiceNow Direct Integrations for SaaS Vendors to user authorizations, inventory collection, and utilization.Maintain Software Normalization suggestions and part library.Maintain Software Asset Management Plug-in’s for the ServiceNow Platform.Administer Infrastructure for IBM ILMT and Bigfix.Monitor, track, and support all software analytics for spend, savings, true-up cost, over licensed amount, and total number of products.Build and manage complex licensing models and optimize our license usage based on key license drivers.Document all software license details to include type of software, version, number of licenses authorized and in use, procurement and costing data, software end of service life date, and customer POCs.Interface with software vendors to facilitate account establishment, software downloads, key generation, quote requests, and software activation troubleshooting.What experience you need:Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred in Business or Finance).Minimum of 5 years experience in Software Asset Manager, that must include ServiceNow SAM Professional.Must have IT Asset Management and Discovery Tool experience using ServiceNow.Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions.Will have experience supporting and servicing large vendor accounts and be familiar with the complexities of these larger account license terms and conditions (Prefer to see experience supporting: Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, and VMware).What could set you apart:Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management.Any additional certifications helpful: SAM, IAITAM, ITIL, ITAM, CSAM, ISO, CITAM, CHAMP, CAMP.Audit Experience.Proven researching ability.Consultative nature with strong written and verbal skills and use of various Google applications (Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc.).#LI-Hybrid#LI-JC2
