Manage resources (includes managing schedule, attendance, performance, and work assignments of employees performing under this contract)Ensure all contractor personnel meet the training and qualification requirements of the programPrepare weekly/monthly reports to reflect work performed and assessment of technical progressDevelop, coordinate, and facilitate Project Plans for major tasksAssist the government IT management in defining the project scope, deliverables, and requirementsPlan project activities, tasks, milestones, resources, and performance measuresEnsure contractor staff comply with all IT technical requirementsProvide quality assurance oversightAnalyze issues and problems and recommend solutionsCommunicate orally and in writing on all aspects of the work performed under this contractConduct vulnerability assessments of the assigned infrastructure, vulnerability mitigation recommendations, risk assessment and security architecture reviews.Research, develop, test, implement, and document all approved changes in accordance with the priorities established by the task manager.Evaluate the existing centralized logging network capabilities, forensic procedures, as well as certification and accreditation procedures. Activities must be documented with results, products and processes in high quality reports and sent to the COR for review. The contractor shall abide by all deadlines determined by the COR.Research and analyze technology problems, issues and program requirements in accordance with customer Standards. Any deviation from these standards must be approved by the COR in writing.Scan and monitor assigned systems on a daily basis using Tripwire, tenable and web inspect. Develop reports using the raw data collected and present findings at the weekly Information Assurance Meeting.Report security violations to customer as soon as they are discovered. The ISSO or AISSO shall decide on appropriate course of action and inform the contractor of their decision. Contractor shall adhere to customer's internal processes for security violations and not attempt to circumvent these processes by raising issues to a higher authority without written approval from the COR and ISSO.Produce customer specific documentation and user guides.Information Assurance Network Specialists may be designated to Access Program to be responsible for assisting in maintaining equipment and accounts on the customer’s Classified Network at managed sites under the direction of the IMO and Division Director.Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret (must be US Citizen)Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field of study,
or
five (5) years related experienceDesired Certifications
PMPIAT II (Security+, etc.)IAT III (CISSP, CASP, CISM, etc.)Knowledge of ServiceNow Ticketing SystemCompany Overview
