Senior Program Manager
to support the Cloud Infrastructure Acquisition organization. CO+I is responsible for planning, building and operating Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure data centers across the globe. The organizational scope includes demand and supply planning, business operations and strategic acquisition and prepositioning across land, power, and networking. To help us accelerate our growth objectives and transformation, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience
3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projectsOther Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting system and tools to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules for multiple feature areas.Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure planning and operations, leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions that optimize resource allocation, improve operational performance, and support capacity forecasting.Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Establish and maintain practices for data governance, data quality, and data security within the cloud infrastructure organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Microsoft will accept applications for the role until November 29, 2024.
