Join us to shape the next frontier of AI-driven robotics.Position Overview:As our founding recruiter, you will work closely with our founding team to build and grow a talented workforce, helping to shape our company’s story and culture from day one! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in defining and implementing our recruiting strategy, establishing streamlined hiring processes, and identifying the right talent to drive our mission forward. Beyond recruiting, you’ll wear multiple hats, contributing to other essential startup functions—such as marketing, culture-building, and strategic initiatives—as we scale. This role is perfect for someone excited to jump in and make a tangible impact across various aspects of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key DutiesManage full-cycle recruitment process for our tech teamsCreate unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, from branding and events, to sourcing and referralsSource, establish and manage a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring health and velocity of the talent pipelineDrive offer approval, extension and negotiationIdentify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possibleCreate and own an exceptionally positive candidate experience at every stageDrive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity as well as data integrity and reportingAct as a talent advisor to senior stakeholders through reporting, strategy building, and reporting metricsContribute to culture-building initiatives and assist with cross-functional projects in marketing, PR, and sales as needed, playing a versatile role in supporting the company’s growth and brandQualificationsBachelor's Degree and 5+ years of full cycle technical recruitingProven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companiesExperience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycleAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changesAbility to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidanceAbility to think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questionsPrevious start-up experience preferred; if no start-up experience, then at a minimum must have worked at an agency company that recruited for tech companies$140k-$200k plus up to 0.05% equityCompetitive salary and equity in a seed-stage venture-backed startup.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceAmple opportunities for professional growth and development through training, mentorship, and challenging projects
