In this vital leadership role, you will spearhead a portfolio of initiatives designed to accelerate growth, enhance profitability, and elevate customer experience. Your main objectives will include improving franchisee satisfaction, optimizing operational systems, and implementing various support programs. Key responsibilities encompass strategic planning, robust governance, and executing transformation projects.We seek a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in Lean principles and demonstrable experience driving large-scale change initiatives. Your ability to forge and nurture strong relationships with essential business stakeholders will be critical to your success. The VP will play a pivotal role in aligning the organization, facilitating a culture of continuous improvement, and creating an environment that fosters success and accountability.Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree (an MBA is highly preferred) and possess 8-15 years' experience in program and project management or consulting leadership, ideally related to property mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services. Strong strategic planning, influencing, and communication skills, alongside exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities, are essential for this role.
