This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Your Responsibilities on the TeamCollaborate with project stakeholders to understand both functional and non-functional requirements.Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.Plan work estimation and forecasting, and assist in the estimation of work effort.Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems.Prepare technical documentation and write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs.Implement unit and integration tests, conduct functional and performance testing, and participate in peer code reviews.Develop reusable software building blocks to enable faster delivery and improve performance.Establish development practices and processes, manage and mentor software engineers.Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions.Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools and provide application support.Your ToolboxBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development.Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages.Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Experience with the agile software development.Proven integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs.Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools.Life at LennarAt Lennar, Everything’s Included in our homes, and Everyone’s Included on our team.
