We are seeking a talented Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Collaborate with project stakeholders, including product owners, UX researchers, data teams, QA teams, project managers, cross-team leads, and designers, to understand both functional and non-functional requirements.Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, ensuring adherence to architecture, design, implementation, security standards, and best practices.Plan work estimation and forecasting, and assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and schedule development.Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems, conducting analysis to determine integration needs, and design and plan integrations.Prepare technical documentation, including software design evaluation plans and test results, and write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs, striving for simplicity, clarity, and testability.Implement unit and integration tests, conduct functional and performance testing where appropriate, and participate in peer code reviews or use collaborative programming techniques to promote high-quality business outcomes.Develop reusable software building blocks to enable faster delivery and improve the performance of existing software by diagnosing and resolving critical issues.Establish development practices and processes, manage and mentor software engineers, and act as the go-to Salesforce expert, providing technical advice, design direction, and leadership to all team members.Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologies when necessary, developing end-to-end Salesforce solutions including custom platform development (APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and external data integration (middleware tools, Salesforce APIs).Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, provide application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis for defects, and support post-deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixesManage and mentor software engineersYour Toolbox

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages - Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.Minimum of 3 years of experience with Web Application Development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing CloudExperience with the agile software development.Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, Auth and Single Sign-On.Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools.Life at Lennar

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This is primarily an active position which requires the Construction Manager to have the ability to work in excess of eight hours a day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. The Construction Manager must be able to operate computer equipment, see, speak, and hear. Finger dexterity is required to operate an iPad and phone. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, around hazardous chemicals, dust, and dirt.
