With ground breaking new technology to deliver smarter payment solutions and fleet management resources, WEX is poised to become the industry leader in this space going forward.How you'll make an impactThe Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a field sales and retention position that will work in a specific geographic region to grow revenue for the EFS division of WEX.The RSM will be responsible for maintaining the current book of business and growing new business through cross-selling, cold-calling, prospecting, consulting, and ultimately closing opportunities. This growth is achieved by both visiting new prospects and current customers face to face in an effort to learn and understand their business, propose innovative solutions that can be provided by WEX, and ultimately close new business.This territory includes:

TexasExperience you'll bring3-5 plus years field sales experience, excellent communication skills, very organized, ability to handle multiple projects at one time.MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Salesforce.comTravel: Overnight Travel 60% - 75%.Preferred Education/CertificationBachelor's DegreeExperience in OTR trucking industry, and payments industryThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
