We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team. The RSM will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targetsManage and motivate a team of sales representativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partnersIdentify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on themProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior managementEnsure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaintsStay up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales and managementProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel as needed
