We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Architect with exceptional experience collaborating closely with clients in the commercial sector!Pay is DOE: $125,000 - $165,000/year*The pay range offered to the successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. – Eligible for a quarterly and annual performance bonus programSenior Project Architect Job Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact and overall program manager for multi-site clientsSupervise Project Architects and Senior Job CaptainsCoordinate staffing efforts with other Senior Project Architects in the departmentManage project accounting and invoicingEstablish long-term goals and forecast workload needsDevelop client relationships and drive business growthDrive design, production, and delivery of projectsCoordinate with consultants during all project phasesEnsure design control and construction administration of projectsProvide technical guidance to project staffSenior Project Architect Job Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferredRegistered Architect in good standing required, NCARB preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases or architectural design, production, and managementSupervisory experience preferredProficiency in AutoCADSite Planning experienceHave an interest in growing with the firm and being an essential part of a successful organizationExperience in a variety of project types including retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family and mixed use.Technical understanding of construction types, means, methods and processesThorough knowledge of codes and regulations and the ability to research and implement code requirements into projectsExperience in all phases of project deliveryStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent presentation and graphics skills are essentialAbout Us:Barghausen Consulting Engineers, a Division of Core States Group, is one of the Northwest's leading multi-disciplined service firms offering civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, and other related services.
