WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide support to plant leadership, make sure new hire paperwork is completedin compliance with location, state, and federal laws, complete the form I-9 and verify identity of new hires, support payroll functions, document disciplinary and termination information in timely manner, document injuries reported and assist in investigations and act as liaison between corporate office and team members, run various reports for plant leadership and assist with distribution of company changes.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
Must be older than 18 years of age
High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Ability to communicate effectively with others orally and written
Organization skills
Self-motivated
Proficient if Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Bilingual skills (Spanish)
Understanding the company structure (divisions, departments, and plant locations)
