Bilingual Compliance Coordinator –; Along with the above, this position requires a high level of Spanish proficiency to interpret phone calls and translate a variety of documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the Compliance Coordinator, you make an impact on ensuring the company is compliant with Federal and State Labor and Immigration laws.
Coach operations management on PSSI policies and procedures and federal, state, and local laws
Conduct regular audits of Company I-9's, including newly hired, existing team members, and team members hired through acquisition or merger
Reply to government agency queries in a professional manner
Investigate compliance related complaints, including verbal and written notifications
Investigate and follow up on Asure Timekeeping Records audits
Research federal, state, and local legal requirements to ensure compliance with legislation
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
Run and send reports
Work with various human resource and payroll platforms
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned to the compliance department
YOUR MUST HAVES:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Adhere to PSSI confidentiality policies
Professional communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to respond to multiple emails and phone calls daily with basic understating of PSSI’s HR functions/processes
WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in business with human resource emphasis or relevant work experience
Bilingual (Spanish) skills to include written and verbal translations
OUR ENVIRONMENT:
This position is a hybrid position based, in part, in the Corporate Headquarters consisting of a traditional office setting and a combination of your professional home office. This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time while working on a computer.
