This roles primarily responsible for re-establishing, qualifying and maintaining contact with customers to increase sales of carbide teeth and spare parts for mulching and construction attachments. • Supervise three Parts Specialist to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Set departmental and individual goals and expectations, as well as hold employees accountable for their performance. Foster a team-oriented mindset among all employees in the department, emphasizing the importance of providing excellent customer service to external customers as well as cultivating a positive working relationship among departments. • Enhance current customers/dealers in US to boost parts sales. Conduct thorough analysis of potential opportunities, identify key decision-makers, and establish solid partnerships through proactive cold calling, informative presentations, trade shows, strategic promotions, and persistent follow-ups to generate new business. • Responsible for maintaining a portfolio of 400 customer accounts, including developing effective sales strategies, creating proposals, and accurate sales forecasts. Manage the process of conducting product demonstrations and delivering impactful sales presentations. • Create a strategic management plan to optimize customer engagement and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, improve customer loyalty by regularly evaluating their satisfaction with our parts department, promptly addressing any concerns or requests. • Given the range of customers and their varying needs, it is important to diversify approach to customers. This may include weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication. • Generate quotations, performance reports, and customer correspondence. • Utilize reporting to ensure precise documentation of parts sales calls, customer records, and parts sales activity details. Engage in conversations with management regarding sales operations. Track competitor activities as well as assessing usage and life cycle of FAE attachments and machines. • Coordination with headquarters parts department for updates on information. • Carries out additional tasks as assigned by CEO and may have the responsibility of representing FAE at various events such as meetings, open houses, trade shows, and demo site days.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications/Requirements • Minimum 5 years of parts sales experience for heavy equipment industry (skid steer, bulldozer, excavators, tractors, attachments, etc.) and customer service-related experience required as a technical parts representative or field service technician. • An associate’s degree from an accredited college, along with multiple industry training certificates is preferred. • Should possess adequate mechanical knowledge to comprehend heavy equipment. • Proficient in excel, knowledge of Vlookup and pivot tables a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Excellent customer service and telephone skills are essential. Candidates should possess sales abilities to assist customers, address concerns, and successfully finalize the transaction. • Must have interpersonal skills to assist customers and employees in a professional manner. • Requires excellent managerial abilities and a highly motivated self-starter approach. • Requires in-office presence, with occasional travel of up to 10%.
