This influential position involves crafting and executing a robust fundraising strategy, nurturing relationships with current donors, and identifying new funding sources. You will lead donor stewardship efforts, ensuring both the sustainability and growth of our initiatives while optimizing our fundraising systems.Your leadership responsibilities will include managing a dedicated philanthropy and communications team, cultivating a culture of excellence and philanthropy within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of senior fundraising expertise with a demonstrated history of securing six and seven-figure gifts. A strong commitment to gender, reproductive, and racial equity issues is essential, though deep subject matter expertise is not required.This role demands a bold, strategic fundraising professional skilled in philanthropy communications who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will foster strong connections with donors and grantee partners while effectively engaging high-net-worth individuals and philanthropic leaders.
