What You'll Do at Pega:
The Director of Talent Management will drive the company's global career development, performance, and talent strategy. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent programs to build a culture of development and performance. The director will lead a dedicated team, ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s strategic priorities and support a high-performing culture.
Skills & Career Development: Develop and implement a framework that connects skills, career mobility, and development. Build personalized career and development paths by keeping AI and emerging tools at the center of employee experience.
Performance Management: Lead the global design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global performance management. Ensure performance management practices are aligned with Pega’s values and strategic goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Talent Programs: Lead, evaluate, and grow global talent programs such as talent review & succession planning, mentoring, and job shadowing.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a highly passionate and skilled team of professionals to develop and deliver effective, scalable, and repeatable solutions that best meet the current and future business needs.
Communication: Develop a robust communication plan for talent programs by clearly articulating outcomes & impact.
Evaluation: Develop a comprehensive set of metrics to evaluate the impact of talent programs on employee and organizational performance. Use the data to identify trends and make informed decisions. about current and future investments
External Lens: Infuse external mindset/thought leadership to leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Stay abreast with the latest innovations and experiment with new tools and approaches.
Who You Are:
Reporting to the VP of DEIB, Learning, and Talent, you are a senior team member charged with building, implementing, and measuring talent strategies and programs.
You are a key strategic partner on matters related to talent management. You will partner closely with the VP to develop and bring to life the vision in a practical, tangible, and timely manner.
You are a leader in talent management domains who has worked across different cultures in a global environment. You are a resilient strategic thinker who enjoys creative solutions and doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
What You've Accomplished:
Experience and proven track record in talent management in a global leadership role leading the function
Experience and proven track record in helping organizations build and scale career development (skills/competencies, career paths, etc.)
Experience and proven track record in leading performance management
Experience with HR systems and emerging technology for career development and performance management
Exceptional leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and communicate with all levels of the organization
Strategic leader with the ability to develop long-term plans that align with the organizational growth objectives
Significant experience in a global environment, preferably in technology companies
Significant cross-cultural awareness and adapts inclusive practices
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and flexible/adaptable to shifting priorities
